Granting First Renewal to MCImetro Access Transmission Services Corp., its Successors and Assigns the
Right, Power and Authority to Construct, Install, Maintain and Operate In, Over, Upon and Under the Streets and Public Places of the City of Columbia, its Lines, Poles, Wires, Cables and other Telecommunications Facilities to Render Telecommunications Service to Its Customers in the Limits of the City of Columbia for Such Period as Provided Herein; and to Provide for the Payment of Compensation for the Use of the Streets and Public Places
